鸟巢只为奥运而生。现在鸟巢闲置着，空荡荡的体育场只供游客参观。北京国安队不愿用鸟巢当主场，一是租金太高。二来，鸟巢太大，国安根本没那么多观众。有报道称，有关方面在考虑开发成购物，娱乐中心。我们中国强的是竞技体育，职业体育还很落后。相比巴塞罗那的纽坎普体育场，她是欧洲的顶级豪华体育场，也是巴塞罗那俱乐部足球队的主场。俱乐部终生会员就有好几万，包括前教皇保罗二世。每周都有1-2场比赛，基本座无虚席。英国曼联的老特拉福德球场被称为“梦幻剧场”。咱们中国的经济实力(GDP)世界第三，人口世界第一，可足球在世界上排100名以后，和越南，新加坡不相上下。

Tourism is a major industry in Utah and is well known for its year-round outdoor and recreational activities among other attractions. With five national parks (Arches, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Zion), Utah has the third most national parks of any state after Alaska and California. In addition, Utah features seven national monuments, two national recreation areas, six national forests, and numerous state parks and monuments.
The Moab area, in the southeastern part of the state, is known for its challenging mountain biking trails, including Slickrock. Moab also hosts the famous Moab Jeep Safari semiannually.
Utah is well known for its winter activities and has seen an increase in tourism since the 2002 Winter Olympics. Park City is home to the United States Ski Team. Utah's ski resorts are primarily located in northern Utah near Salt Lake City, Park City, Ogden, and Provo. In 2008, for a second year in a row, Deer Valley, in Park City, was ranked the top ski resort in North America by more than 20,000 subscribers of Ski Magazine.[31] In addition to having prime snow conditions and world-class amenities, Northern Utah's ski resorts are well liked among tourists for their convenience and proximity to a large city and International Airport, as well as the close proximity to other ski resorts, allowing skiers the ability to ski at multiple locations in one day. This is in contrast to most other states with large ski industries, where resorts are more often located in remote locations, away from large cities, and more spread apart. In Southern Utah, Brian Head Ski Resort is located in the mountains near Cedar City. Former Olympic venues including Utah Olympic Park and Utah Olympic Oval are still in operation for training and competition and allows the public to participate in numerous activities including ski jumping, bobsleigh, and speed skating.
Utah features many cultural attractions such as Temple Square, the Sundance Film Festival, and the Utah Shakespearean Festival.
Other attractions include Monument Valley, the Great Salt Lake, the Bonneville Salt Flats, and Lake Powell.

Day 4: Park City. 也不错。这里一直到7：30才关门。别的雪场4：00就关了。我在这里第一次玩雪板（SNOWBOARDING).真的很好玩，爱不释手，意犹未尽。

牛尾汤的制作
方法1
超市里买牛尾，回来清水大火煮掉血沫子，放葱姜，放洋葱和胡萝卜，最好是那种baby carrot，改中小火，炖上两三个小时，时间越久越香，炖到三个小时的时候能炖出实实在在一层油来，一股奶油香味。汤烧好后让它过夜。 然后第二天把上面的肥油拿掉,重新热后再喝。
方法2
1. 牛尾剁成段，洗净，清水浸泡；
2. 姜切末，冷水浸泡取其汁；
3. 葱切斜段；
4. 汤锅放清水，置大火上煮沸；
5. 入牛尾氽一下，弃汤不用；
6. 锅内再注入鸡汤，煮沸；
7. 放入牛尾、葱段、姜片、大料、少许精盐，再煮沸；
8. 倒入沙锅中，小火煨烂；
9. 起锅前挑去大料、姜片，倒入料酒、姜汁、味精、精盐即可。
方法3：韩式
原料：超市买来的去皮净的牛尾
调料：葱3棵、大蒜5头，盐，胡椒粉，葱适量。
牛尾肉的调料：酱油、盐、味精、切好的葱末，蒜末，香油各一大勺，少量胡椒粉。月桂树叶、芹菜、西洋芹、胡萝卜、洋葱适量，这些原料是同牛尾一起煮的，是为了去除牛尾的腥膻和腻味的，同时芹菜中含有丰富的纤维素、除腻味的同时有补充维生素无机物的效果。
制作：
1.把牛尾洗净，刀插入骨节之间的软骨部分切断，把外面的艮膜剃掉泡在水里放血后捞出。
2.把牛尾放在开水里加火煮开，再把火调弱，煮3小时左右。煮的时候，把葱和蒜切成大块放进去，并漂去上面的油和沫，别忘了加月桂树叶、芹菜、西洋芹、胡萝卜和洋葱，煮好后这些原料就可以弃之不用了。
3.煮出汤来，牛尾上的肉烂糊时捞出,等汤凉后漂去浮在上面的油。
4.牛尾肉加入事先准备好的调料拌好。
5.把汤再熬一次并放加佐料的牛尾煮一会儿盛在钵子中，另放上准备好切好的葱和盐、胡椒面即可。

New Year's Eve at Time Square
We are very lucky to spend the New Year Eve at the 45th Floor of Time Square Tower, overseeing the colorful LED-Assembled Crystal Ball and thousands of people who had been waited on the street for over 10 hours under freezing temperature. The Crystal Ball has kept changing its color. How many colors does it have? Here, I have the opportunity to capture some of them.
Just seconds after Mid-night, people on the street went crazy to celebrate the arrival of year 2009. It must be very noisy there! However, it's warm and cozy in the 45th floor office. We were watching this passionate scene with beer and wine on the hand.
The party started on the 45th floor of Time Square Tower - across from Time Square.
