新疆乔戈里高山探险服务有限公司成立于2005年，主要成员为新疆多年从事登山的民间职业登山人士，具备大型登山的组织攀登经验，商业活动中的协作多采用聘用专业协作（西藏、尼泊尔、巴基斯坦专业高山协作）的做法，所组织活动以新疆境山峰为主，如慕士塔格峰、博格达峰的攀登，较为成功，广受关注。
07年公司将组织博格达峰、慕士塔格峰、卓奥友峰的商业登山
一、博格达峰：
博峰海拔5445米，为技术型山峰，从C1到顶峰须修设线路绳，要求攀登者技术熟练全面，配合严密。公司攀登博格达峰的经验积累可以追朔到1998年以王铁男为代表的首次攀登，对攀登博峰的交通、运输、气象、攀登路线等情况极为熟悉，在历次登山中，公司骨干力量负责建营修路并带领冲顶，做到了无事故出现，登顶率稳步增加如2005年10名队员全部登顶。
公司定于07年7月－8月组织1－2次攀登。参加者必须具备2年以上雪山攀登经验，或接受过省级以上专业登山机构的技能培训。熟悉攀冰、攀岩技术器械的操作使用，熟悉保护自救等技术操作，心理素质、体能优异。
二、慕士塔格峰
慕士塔格峰海拔7546米，为高海拔雪山。登山技 术操作简单，但海拔较高，线路漫长，不宜做为入门级山峰。公司攀登慕峰经验积累深厚，可以追溯到1999年的攀登。2003年开始，每年都组织商业攀登， 管理、服务能力不断加强，并坚持由公司骨干人员亲自带领冲顶，安全保障充分，05年以后事故率降至极低，登顶率提升明显（历年登顶情况：03年13名队员 全部登顶；04年15名队员登顶，登顶率62.5％；05年16名队员登顶，登顶率84％；06年27名队员登顶，登顶率90％）。并总结出特定的体能训 练计划和攀登适应安排，在BC进行针对性的特殊技法辅导集训，使整个攀登周期缩短到2周以内，为参加队员提供便利。
07年公司将在7月-8月组织1-2次攀登。参加者必须具有5000-6000米以上雪山攀登经验，或参加过省级以上专业登山机构的登山培训，体能及心理素质优异。
三、卓奥友峰：
海拔8201米，世界第六高峰，8000级山峰中容易攀登的山峰，属高级攀登阶段的首选山峰。
公司07年将尝试组织该峰的攀登，为有相当基础的登山者提供连续提高的平台。活动由公司发起组织，聘用西藏或尼泊尔高山向导协作，由公司骨干人员指挥带领攀登的形式实施。参加者必须具备登顶过6000-7000米以上雪山攀登经验，或接受过省级以上登山专业机构培训，心理及体能优异。
