We are still shopping around for Lhasa-based travel operator. One of us is a foreigner. Officially, according to "西藏旅游局", foreign tourists should have permit (进藏证), and must have guide to accompany them. But this stupid Mexican made a big mistake which almost cost dearly. He withdrew in 2nd half, and the coach gambled to substitute him by Puyal. What happened? Captain Puyal received a yellow card and will miss next week.
The scrore is 0:0. But Chelsea is the winner. Chelsea walked away from NOU CAMP without a loss. Puyal will miss next game.

LL的菜谱
蒸鱼：Chilean Sea Bass, or Strip Sea Bass, or Flounder.
- 在鱼的两面抹上少许盐，姜末或姜丝，黄酒，晾30至60分钟。
- 水烧开，盘子里垫上王子菇（木耳亦可），把鱼放在上面。
- 蒸到8分钟的时候，用筷子在中间最厚的地方捣一下，如果筷子顺利地穿过，就蒸好了。
- 如果鱼肉还有点阻力，就再蒸2分钟。记住：总共一定不要超过10分钟。
- 端起来后，鱼上面倒上一点酱油，醋，葱花（两根）。用另一小锅，将少许油烧热至冒烟，然后倒到鱼上面。（完）
